I wanted to see who is going to Cabin Fever this year? I have been there 3 times and the show just keeps getting better. Is anybody going to be setting up a table to display their stuff? I'll probably bring along my 2 completed oscillating engines, my hopefully complete mill engine, and whatever Pennsy A3 parts I have finished by then. It would be nice to meet some of you guys, maybe we can get together on Saturday at the show. I'll be there on Friday to help set up and to see the auction.

Hi Jamie I'm not to bashful to post a reply so maybe this will inspire a few others to grow some arms and type a few lines on the keyboard there. I will be attending the show as I have since it started out in leesport, anybody remember leesport, with fresh roasted peanuts and all. I noticed an increase in model ships of variouse kinds lately as well showing theres a spreading interest in different modeling directions so break that mold of winter duldrums and come on out, while the peanuts are still hot. Thanks Johnny O ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yeah really, what could possibly be better than peanuts roasted with the help of a hit-n-miss engine? It doesn't get much better than that.

I'm going on Saturday. Hope to run into Don from Eastern Machine Works so I can get my Andrews truck castings. Since he's not setting up a table this year. ( At least not since I last talked to him) I also want to talk to Bob Holder and several others. Maybe, I'll take my Coehorn mortar to sell on the consignment table. Andy Pullen

Hi Jamie,
I saw your stuff on the table down near the guy with the dragline. Nice work....Is Don's foundry going to do your wheels? The pattern looked good.
My son was playing with the toy dragline for about 45 minutes. Sorry, I missed you.
I did catch up with Don. The Andrews trucks he sells are nice. The castings are well done.
Not much stuff there that jumped out and said, "Buy Me!!" But a good show none the less.

Hey Andy, sorry I missed you at CF. I disappeared from my table for atleast 2 hours around lunch time and atleast one other time. Thanks for the comments about my engines. Hopefully they will be a bit more polished next time I display them.
Don's foundry is going to be running those 1-1/2 scale A3 wheels for me soon. They will also be available to anyone else who needs them. Don's parts are always of high quality.
I ended up buying plans for a Sterling engine powered fan, and a new mill vise. Oh, and I bought a small steam engine in the auction. I wish I could have stayed until Sunday although I would have probably spent more money. Well, there is always the August show.
Cheers, Jamie
