I'll bet someone has but they sure got more money than I do !!! You could probably use steel/cast iron and plate them for less.

i might have a source for bronze and the forge i got is supposed to be able to melt bronze but not cast iron.

Depending on the size of your loco, perhaps a bronze center with a steel tire might work.
