What is the difference between an injector, and a lifting injector?

Paul, The easy way to tell is location on the locomotive. If it is on the backhead and above the low water line of the tank it is a lifting injector. Below the tank it is a non lifting injector. www.sdrm.org/faqs/boilers/page140.htmlCheers Dan |
