www.mojaveserver.info/gallery/main.php/v/harlock/chloetender/caboose_construction/?g2_page=4Three images on lower right, and on page 5 for internals and the smoke jack photos. The lamps are from Bryterails, but we replaced the stock lenses with real fresnel lenses that I found in the Mouser catalog, originally intended for LED panel mounting. They look very prototypical. We put the wiring in brass junction boxes and conduit that we are going to seal up as much as we can since there will be a propane cylinder in the caboose shell. (see page 5) With this the caboose shell is almost done. My father is re-making the main roof because the old one started warping in the heat. The new one uses a different mixture of epoxy resin and some pre-curved wood that will give less natural resistance to the bending load. The first roof was done with a polyester resin which also started forming bubbles. Once again, for a broader picture of the Chloe MOW riding tender, you can see the drawings and other items in the parent gallery at www.mojaveserver.info/gallery/main.php/v/harlock/chloetender/When we're done I'll probably make a set of 'as built' drawings updated to include some things we're adding such as roof walking planks, plus the actual wood dimensions and framing. --Mike
