Mike-san, I really liked your second shot. The light seems to be really natural, but the locomotive seems to have a special glow - especially the brass. I looked at the photos of my own A3 and thought there was a bluish cast. So, I took a new shot with a perspective similar to your shot, and about the same size. I thought it would be interesting to see a comparison of the color choices. Maybe Bernard can take one of his Blue A3 in a similar pose and post it.

Wow. that's an interesting comparison. Just realized Kozo's number plate is rotated a bit, I think it was loose and I didn't notice it until later. Your engine is just as perfect as his - amazing. The warm cast is from the white balance setting I chose for what was in the room - a balance of the diffuse warm curtain light and ceiling bounce flash, which ended up looking good at about daylight white balance - 5200 kelvin.
