This was taken during a time in my life when railroads weren't my primary interest (although obviously enough of an interest for my to ask to have my picture taken with a locomotive.)
I didn't even bother to find out anything about this particular machine.
So while I obviously know where and when this photo was taken, I will leave that up for guessing too just for a little interest.
Anyone? What is it? Who made it? Where was it? When was the photo taken? Is it still in service? What gauge is it? Who operates it?
