does any one know if in the book it has 1.5 scale plans or info thanks bruce

Hello Climax, I assume you mean the A3, yes it does have information on scaling up to 1.5" . It covers brakes, boiler, safety valves etc etc. But to scale up you will still need to do some redrawing, and some experimentation like have have been doing with the springs. The redrawing part is mostly doubling the size of the parts, except for the wheel guage which needs to be done according to IBLS standards. I hope this answers your questions, I think that having all of Kozo's book may be an advantage since you learn something a little different in all of them.
