I am building the Pensy A3 Switcher in 3/4" scale and I would like to know if anyone has a source for ready-built couplers? The description in Kozo's book on how to build them seems to be very difficult and likely to end up with a less than presentable result.

You could always use larger couplers (1" scale) if you are concerned about price. Go to the discoverlivesteam.com website and there is a machinist that makes 3/4" scale couplers. You could also look at O.S. I am a newbie and that will be a problem that I will have to deal with eventually. You could also keep a close watch on Ebay. Finally, post a want add on Livesteaming.com. I did that for other stuff and I got a lot of responses. Good Luck!

I got some cast aluminum couplers in 3/4" scale from Joe Tanski (the person who advertises the Raritan in Live Steam)
This was about 3-4 years ago.
