Allen Models? I believe they have something that will work for you.
Rogers Cooke may have something as well, but he's difficult to get a hold of.
Niether has a website, but they both have phones....

Yes, Gene Allen can provide those castings. He lists them in his catalog specifically for "kit bashing." Of course the slide valve housing and parts are available as well.
