Our Soo Line F7 #214A and GP9 #552 arrived back on the railroad yesterday in time to do another plow extra for some of the track we did not do with the least Southern SW-1200.
The engines ran flawlessly after David Newell of Pike River Northern reworked the electrical systems so the engines could be MUed together. We tied the Soo Line Russell plow #X183 to the nose and caboose #249 to the tail and went out in search of some snow.
I realized way too late that I had made the last video in an MPEG file smaller than the HD file this one is in. While our photography may not be all that great, the plow and engines made up for it by really sweeping the track of that snow.

We appreciate all of you who follow some of our videos. Thank you.

That was great! The views from the caboose and the plow were awesome. Thanks for sharing with us.
