Does any one have the fixtures needed to make the braces for the New Shay as shown in figures 2-29 and 2-30 which I could borrow or even purchase. I would gladly pay postage both ways as well a purchase for a reasonable price. Just looking to save some time.

Hi Art I have the fixtures you could borrow. One of the fixtures used for opening the angled holes has a tap broken off in one of the holes. I went with just one screw and it worked fine. Also they are tapped with 4-40 x 1/4 instead of Kozo's metric. Also don't have the post for the sodering fixture, just the base. Incidently the soldering base includes the first pattern I made for the wheels sodering fixture. It is very accurate and the wheels came out great. I just copied from that pattern.
