Wayne Godshall is building 4 I-1s in 1" scale. I don't know where he got his prints for them. You can do a search for him online....Or contact me on the Chaski board for his email.
The PA State Archives in Harrisburg, PA has the Baldwin Locomotive Works collection and the PRR Historical Society most likely has some drawings.

My complements on your fine taste in iron horse flesh! The I1s is one of the more intrieging locomotives to me. You are probably aware that the last existing one is stored near Buffalo?
What size are you thinking of building? What time period? Baldwin or Juniata built?
As far as any blueprints of anything on line, I am not aware of any available. It is difficult to even find mention of locomotive blueprints when you search the web.
I seem to remember the DeGolyer library having a side elevation for this loco.
Andy's suggestions are a good place to start your search.

Doug, Here is a few photos of a PRR I1sa built by one of our ILS members. The only drawing we had was a PRR side elavation drawing to work with. The builder had made several trips to the NY area where the protype is and had taken some measurments. The engine is a 1.5 scale 7 1/2" gauge locomotive. At present it has been sold and is being reworked for the buyer. Copy of a side elavation drawing can be bought. For further information click on my username and send me an E-Mail and I would be glad to help you out. I will post 2 more photos of the locomotive so you can get a better look at it. Jack

Hi Decapod, I was intrigued by the "Pennsy I1sa" name and found a web page for the restoration of the PRR I1sa 4483 and it has a side view working drawing: www.trainweb.org/wnyrhs/4483Frame1Source1.htm Hope it helps! Regards, Pat Y.

i too was looking at the project(only dreaming of course, i build 3/4" scale), but for a 1-1/2" decapod, I was basically going to make it around the railroad supply USRA heavy mike (www.livesteam.com), using mostly all the same materials, except having to make a whole new frame, a couple rods, and a new bracket for the valve gear, i'd love to see one in person however, they are truly one of my favorite engines, after the B&O big sixes...i ultimately stopped working because of the radius for the track

LocoDan,
The track radius for operating a 2-10-0 should not be a problem for you except at the smallest tracks. The PRR 2-10-0 class I1s had the three center sets of driving wheels blinded and used extra wide tires. I have a track curviture requirement chart somewhere, and seem to remember that they could go around any curve the K4 pacific could. Fwiw.
