15 hp steam engine: I need help with a boiler

I just had this engine built for me in India. It is a 15+- hp engine. I need to build a boiler now. I would like to fire the boiler with bio-mass and wood pellets. Any thought?

The manufacturer told me it would require about 400 lbs of steam at 150 psi. I will be using it to run a hammer mill and a pellet mill to make the fuel for the boiler and process animal feed. It will also be used to generate electricity.

So what kind of boiler do you want? Does your area require "code" boilers? If it does then you simply cannot make your own boiler.

BTW, 400 lbs./hr. is about 12-1/2 boiler horsepower.

I would like a water tube boiler fired with biomass pellets. I would also use this boiler to heat with at lower temps and pressure.
