Is there anyone selling 3/4" scale truck castings, etc.? My online searches haven't met with much success yet.
I may need a riding car some day, if I ever get the A3 done...

Have you tried Tanski Model Engineering in Eden NY, 716-992-9099? They offer the Raritan plans and I think they offer truck castings. Worst case you can build from scratch making trucks similar to the Kozo tender.

Thanks for the responses. I may still end up building arch bar trucks a la the A3 tender since I'm sure I can do it cheaper.
Wasn't sure how folks are handling weight for a riding car. Can one get springs strong enough in these little trucks for an adult body or do you make them unsprung? I'm pretty new to all this ride on stuff.

The recommendation I've seen is to have the riding car unsprung. The design for the trucks I purchased does allow for movement in the joints. The center bolster has pivot pins to connect the side frames to it, and the axle ends have taper to allow them to move vertically.
