I just had this engine built for me in India. It is a 15+- hp engine. I need to build a boiler now. I would like to fire the boiler with bio-mass and wood pellets. Any thought? The manufacturer told me it would require about 400 lbs of steam at 150 psi. I will be using it to run a hammer mill and a pellet mill to make the fuel for the boiler and process animal feed. It will also be used to generate electricity. Attachments:

So what kind of boiler do you want? Does your area require "code" boilers? If it does then you simply cannot make your own boiler.
BTW, 400 lbs./hr. is about 12-1/2 boiler horsepower.

I would like a water tube boiler fired with biomass pellets. I would also use this boiler to heat with at lower temps and pressure.
